Anthony Steffen

Engineering Manager

Anthony serves as the “specs” guy of the sales process for AMS. As our Engineering Manager, it is Anthony’s responsibility to understand a concept design and within AMS’s team of engineers and partners work to find the best solution with the lowest cost.

With his years of industry experience, Anthony seeks innovative and nuanced approaches to machine building for our team. His job focuses on finding the right fit for the right type of request. When our potential customers come to us with a project it is Anthony who will see what they need, find out if we can do that, add any technical details, and sort out the pricing.

A lifetime Kentuckian, Anthony has spent his years just across the river in Alexandria, Ky. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2015 with a mechanical and manufacturing engineering degree. With previous experience of seven years in the industry, Anthony is a great asset to the team. Having previously worked at Carter Intralogistics, Hahn Automation, and Mazak Anthony he has seen most of the ins and outs of the automation industry.

In his spare time Anthony enjoys walking his dog with his wife, riding motorcycles, and coaching football. Anthony is a vital and insightful team player and a huge asset to the team.
