AMS named 2021 Cincinnati Best Places to Work

AMS Named Winner of 2021 Cincinnati Best Places to Work

AMS is honored to be named one of the 2021 Cincinnati Best Places to Work! The competition, sponsored by the Cincinnati Business Courier, celebrates local companies that strive to keep employees happy, challenged and engaged.  After being named a finalist for the award, we were honored to accept the award at a recent celebration at  TQL Stadium, home of the FC Cincinnati soccer team.

I attribute our success to our adoption of the Great Game of Business process. The GGOB model provides transparency to our employees so everyone wins when AMS succeeds. In turn, it encourages longer employee retention and the ability to hire the best people.

In addition to the GGOB implementation, AMS ensures a positive, supportive and diverse work environment. All employees are treated the same, whether they’re a co-op, intern or seasoned employee. We strive to be continuous learners and inclusive in all aspects of hiring, promoting and developing our employees to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The best places to work competition includes several business categories. AMS won in the 10 to 44 employees – first-time participant division. We congratulate all the division winners. We’re proud to be part of the elite group of companies putting Cincinnati on the map as a great city to live and work in.
